Image Optimizer provides online image optimization tools including compression, resizing, and format conversion for JPEG, PNG, and WebP images. The Service is available in free and paid (Pro) tiers.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Only upload images you have the legal right to process
Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Not attempt to overload, disrupt, or interfere with the Service
Not upload images containing illegal content
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Free Tier Limitations

The free tier is limited to 20 operations per day with a maximum file size of 10 MB per image. We reserve the right to adjust these limits at any time.

5. Pro Plan

The Pro plan is available as a one-time purchase of €9.99. Once purchased, you receive lifetime access to all Pro features. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your uploaded images. We do not claim any ownership or license to your content. The Service's code, design, and branding are owned by Image Optimizer.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, corruption, or damages resulting from the use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications to the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the website.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
